About this tool
An email signature is the block of contact details that appears at the bottom of your outgoing messages. This tool builds one as table-based inline-styled HTML — the format Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail render reliably, since most email clients strip external stylesheets and modern CSS.
Fill in your name, title, company, and contact details, pick a layout and accent color, then use Copy signature to place the formatted block on your clipboard. Paste it straight into Gmail's signature editor (Settings → General → Signature) or Outlook's signature settings. Prefer to tweak the markup yourself? Copy HTML gives you the raw source.

How do I add this signature to Gmail? ›
Click Copy signature, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create or edit a signature, and paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V) into the box. Gmail keeps the formatting and images.
Why does the logo not show up in some emails? ›
The logo is referenced by URL, so it must be hosted somewhere public and reachable. Many mail clients also block remote images by default until the recipient chooses to load them.
Why is the signature built with an HTML table? ›
Email clients have inconsistent CSS support and often ignore flexbox, grid, and external styles. Tables with inline styles are the most reliable way to control layout across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
